All purchases made through TweetVid are considered final. We do not provide refunds or credits for any reason except as explicitly stated in this policy.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind: Purchases made in error or regretted after purchase
  • Partial usage: Subscriptions that have been partially used during the billing period
  • Failure to use: Services that were available but not utilized by the customer
  • Downgrades: Differences in price when downgrading from a higher-tier plan

Refundable Scenarios

Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in the following limited cases:

  • Technical issues: Documented technical problems that prevent access to or use of the Service
  • Billing errors: Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or unauthorized transactions
  • Service outages: Extended service unavailability that significantly impacts usage

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

After Cancellation

  • Continued access: You will retain access to all features until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges: Your subscription will not renew, and no additional charges will be made
  • No prorated refunds: We do not provide refunds for unused time remaining in the billing period
Example: If you cancel halfway through your monthly subscription, you will retain access for the remaining 15 days, but no refund will be issued for the unused portion.

3. Free Trial & Money-Back Guarantee

TweetVid does not currently offer:

  • Free trials
  • Money-back guarantees
  • Refund periods

All sales are final unless otherwise specified in writing or required by applicable law.

4. Refund Request Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund under our limited refund policy, please follow these steps:

How to Request a Refund

    • Any relevant screenshots or documentation
  3. Allow 5–10 business days for processing

Review Process

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Our team will:

  • Investigate the issue described
  • Make a determination at our sole discretion
  • Notify you of the decision via email
Processing time: Approved refunds are processed via Paddle within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

5. Payment Processing (Paddle)

All payments for TweetVid are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record.

Paddle's Role

Paddle handles:

  • Payment processing and security
  • Billing and invoicing
  • Tax calculation and compliance
  • Refund processing (if approved)

Refund Method

All approved refunds are issued through Paddle using the original payment method. Refunds cannot be issued to a different payment method or as cash/credit.

6. Service Disruptions

In the event of significant service outages, system failures, or other disruptions that materially impact your ability to use the Service:

  • We will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible
  • Service credits or refunds may be provided at our sole discretion
  • Refunds will be proportional to the duration and impact of the outage
  • Force majeure events (acts of God, natural disasters, etc.) are excluded

7. Terms of Service Violations

If your account is suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service:

  • No refunds: You will not be entitled to any refund or credit
  • Immediate loss of access: Access to the Service will be terminated immediately
  • Outstanding balances: You remain responsible for any outstanding charges
